Billionaire and new daddy Henry Silverman is gobbling up all sorts of pricey real estate. Silverman, 69, who once ran Cendant (owner of big real estate companies including the Corcoran Group) has spent $900,000 on a Hamptons summer rental and also bought 381 Hedges Lane in Sagaponack for $14 million. (Hamptons broker Susan Breitenbach of the Corcoran Group had no comment.) And now he's looking to buy something in Manhattan, as well.

Silverman's gal pal Karen Hader, a yoga instructor he met at Starbucks two summers ago, just had his baby boy. But his wife of 30 years, Nancy, still lives in the fancy digs she once shared with Silverman on East 72nd Street - their bitter divorce is still in progress. We're told that Silverman and Hader love his $40,000-a-month, 35th-floor rental at 15 Central Park West so much that he's looking to buy something similar in the $28 million range. For now, the lovebirds share the floor with Alex Rodriguez.
